These online courses BLEND ELEMENTS OF YOGA, PILATES, MASSAGE & MINDFUL RELAXATION TO ADDRESS IMBALANCES IN YOUR MYO-FASCIAL-SKELETAL SYSTEMS THROUGH TRACTION, ENGAGEMENT AND RELEASE. We do this through Strength, stretching, release and Relaxation.

WE sometimes utilize PROPS, SOME FROM TRADITIONAL YOGA, SOME FROM MASSAGE AND PILATES, AND SOME THAT WE’VE ADAPTED SPECIFICALLY TO OFFER YOU RELIEF, STABILITY AND STRENGTH from the comfort of your own home.

ONLINE COURSES and CLASSES

THE GLUTE and CORE COURSE Level 1 REFRESHER

Jan 14-23rd

Tuesday & Thursdays 12-12:30

(LEVEL 2 starts end of JANUARY)

15 minutes of Core and 15 minutes of Glutes twice a week for 2 weeks in prep for level 2 Core Course and Glute Course starting end of January. We will review the level 1 courses.

Live ZOOM with HD video recording accessible for 3 weeks.

$40 for the series or $12 drop in class

You will need a mini stability ball, 2 blocks and a flexband (see props page for substitute).

Each class includes a live ZOOM class and the HD video recording of that class will go into the On Demand Library a month or so later.

GLUTE COURSE - LEVEL 2

Jan 30-Feb 20

Thursdays 12-12:30pm

A Glute Course to build glute strength and learn to properly recruit and engage the Gluteal Muscles in your butt!

A safe class for all levels, but progressing on level 1.

A weekly 30 minute class for 4 weeks.

Pilates, Yoga and therapeutic exercises for our glutes: Gluteus Maximus and Gluteus Medius. We will also include our core abdominals: pelvic floor and transverse abdominis.

Having strong glutes and core is an essential base for stability, strength and mobility in your hips to help keep your low back safe. We will learn to properly recruit, engage and strengthen your glutes.

This approach will help with low back and hip pain, it will also help decrease hamstring tightness in the back of the legs and we will increase mobility and flexibility in the hips.

You will need a flexband and 2 blocks (see props page for substitute) and yoga or pilates mat for this course.

THE CORE COURSE - LEVEL 2

Tuesdays 12-12:30pm

A Core Course to build a foundation of core strength. A safe class for all levels, progressing on level 1.

A weekly 30 minute class for 4 weeks.

Pilates, Yoga and therapeutic exercises for our core: pelvic floor and transverse abdominis. We will also include abdominal, glutes and back muscles.

Having a strong core is an essential base for stability and strength. We will start with the basics. This approach will help with low back, hip and pelvic floor pain, weakness and dysfunction.

You will need a mini stability ball (see props page for substitute) and yoga or pilates mat for this course.
