ONLINE THERAPEUTIC YOGA & PILATES
These online courses BLEND ELEMENTS OF YOGA, PILATES, MASSAGE & MINDFUL RELAXATION TO ADDRESS IMBALANCES IN YOUR MYO-FASCIAL-SKELETAL SYSTEMS THROUGH TRACTION, ENGAGEMENT AND RELEASE. We do this through Strength, stretching, release and Relaxation.
WE sometimes utilize PROPS, SOME FROM TRADITIONAL YOGA, SOME FROM MASSAGE AND PILATES, AND SOME THAT WE’VE ADAPTED SPECIFICALLY TO OFFER YOU RELIEF, STABILITY AND STRENGTH from the comfort of your own home.

THE GLUTE COURSE Level 1

A Glute Course to build glute strength and learn to properly recruit and engage the Gluteal Muscles in your butt!
A safe class for all levels.
A weekly 30 minute class for 5 weeks.
Pilates, Yoga and therapeutic exercises for our glutes: Gluteus Maximus and Gluteus Medius. We will also include our core abdominals: pelvic floor and transverse abdominis.
Having strong glutes and core is an essential base for stability, strength and mobility in your hips to help keep your low back safe. We will learn to properly recruit, engage and strengthen your glutes.
This approach will help with low back and hip pain, it will also help decrease hamstring tightness in the back of the legs and we will increase mobility and flexibility in the hips.
You will need a flexband and 2 blocks (see props page for substitute) and yoga or pilates mat for this course.

THE CORE COURSE
(LEVEL 2 in JANUARY)
A Core Course to build a foundation of core strength. A safe class for all levels.
A weekly 30 minute class for 5 weeks.
Pilates, Yoga and therapeutic exercises for our core: pelvic floor and transverse abdominis. We will also include abdominal, glutes and back muscles.
Having a strong core is an essential base for stability and strength. We will start with the basics. This approach will help with low back, hip and pelvic floor pain, weakness and dysfunction.
You will need a mini stability ball (see props page for substitute) and yoga or pilates mat for this course.

PROPLESS STRENGTH and STRETCH COURSE

FOR THIS 5 week course, ALL YOU NEED IS A MAT, wall, CHAIR AND YOUR BODY.
THese Are FUN CLASSes INCORPORATING GENTLE DYNAMIC MOVEMENT FOR YOUR JOINTS AND BALANCE. We will do Mat and BARRE STYLE PILATES FOR STRENGTH AND STRETCHING TO RELEASE TENSION.
These propless classes can be done anywhere; outside, at home, at work, or while you’re traveling. You just need a bit of space, a chair and a wall.
A weekly 30 minute class for 5 weeks.
Each class will be full body, but each week we will have a specific focus.
