In these IN PERSON Heal Your Nervous System workshops with community Acupuncture. Jessica Knox will lead you through gentle yoga, EFT tapping, breathwork, self massage and acupressure; while incorporating essential oils and guided meditation; all with a focus on techniques that stimulate the vagus nerve (polyvagal theory), increase Vagal tone and the parasympathetic nervous system to regulate our Nervous System and destress.
These are designed to do repeatedly as a restorative experience to balance your nervous system as needed.
The final portion of this workshop includes Gentle Acupuncture and ear seeds for relaxation and resetting the Nervous System by Registered Acupuncturist COLE.

This IN PERSON workshop is 2 hours for 12 participants and is held outside the clinic at A Balanced Body’s Yoga Studio 202-1600 Bay Street.

In this ONLINE Heal Your Nervous System Course. Jessica Knox will lead you through gentle yoga, EFT tapping, breathwork, self massage and acupressure; while incorporating essential oils and guided meditation; all with a focus on techniques that stimulate the vagus nerve (polyvagal theory), increase Vagal tone and the parasympathetic nervous system to regulate our Nervous System and destress.
Each weekly class is a little bit different. This course is designed to help you better understand the biology of your nervous system and to give you a variety of tools to balance your nervous system. Each class is deeply relaxing and acts as a reset.
This course is 4 weeks live through ZOOM and includes a HD video link to access the workshop for 5 weeks. The course will go in to the Heal Your Self On Demand Video Library after that.
